Going To Town.

This is my recount I been working on. I have been away for a few day. I missed my lesson.

Going To Town.

Early Wednesday morning I was feeling dreadful but i had to go to town to take my brothers to school.

First we stopped to get Tamaiti lunch. When we dropped him off, he slowly got out with a sad face.

We went to the Four Square to get Hanita lunch. When we dropped him off, he didn’t want to stay but he had to.

Then we went to Percys’ to get our breakfast. On our way home we had to full our gas container and drop off some money to Mana.

At last, we got home to eat our kai. It was delicious.

Later on, Tamaiti strolled in the door, looked at with dagger eyes and said,” school was boring”.  he was brave for going to school by himself. Him and I watched tv until the big boys got home.
Mum cooked us a wonderful dinner and the big boys had to do the dishes. Then I had to go to bed.

I need to have more interesting words and pick up my speed.

This is my awesome persuasive writing.

By Tim,Sonny and AJ.

I think We should bring big wheels little wheels back. Do you agree? Yes or no?

The first reason why I think that big wheels little wheels should come back to school is because it bring joy to the students. When you go down the ramp feels like you are going down the fearfall. For example, when you see kids on skateboards, scooters or bikes they always have a smile on their face.Would you want to be bored because the park some time is boring. We want to have smiles on our face not a  frown because we are so bored. You will have the time of your life when the first time you open scooter, bike or skateboards.

Another Reason why I think we should bring wheels to school is because it develops tumaia when they fall and have a mami will you go and have a cry cry are you going to say by by. No you are going to try again.

when you fall off you get back on and try again. It is hard and nervracking the first time you ride a scooter, skateboard or a bike.

In summary, I think we should be able to bring bikes to school so were not so bored. i think this because bikes are fun and they teach us to be tumaia.

Here is my recount,I was away so I didn’t learn Figurative language.
At school on the 10th of June we supported our school’s birthday.

Early in the I got up and told my dad that it is our school birthday and he said “cool but I can’t come”because i got work. then I came to school. My mum came instead and she rang uncle Haki and aunty Mihi.

We went to play the game.“Connie draw our hopscotch,” I said. Come let’s play before we have to change games in 15 minutes. Then we had to line up. Konrad went first. Then it was my go. I Held my block.”Throw it!” Tristan said. I dropped it in one then started, came back and picked it up. Turned around, then did it again. I got up to 6 so fast.

Then we went to the hula hoop. I spun the hula hoop across the court. Then our leader told us to stop and wait. We had to try and beat Matt’s score. We all went and Tristan was the one to beat Matt. Then we ran and got our hoops and came back. I throw mine again.

Shortly after that we all sat to eat our hangi with frybread. My mum went to get a hangi forme because  Sitting down,I was munching then parehuia came with toffee apple.I didn’t eat my toffee apple till I got home. When i finished I had to go and play with my cousin then the bell goes.”mum are we going” I said. She Reply “yup get your brother’s and your bag.

That day was awesome but i had to leave. One part that I liked was eating nana Meko’s fry bread and playing hop scotch and hula hoop throw. It was cool to play those games and be there that day.

Riding a motorbike.

On Saturday we were at home then we heard a motor bike. Well it was getting closer it was getting louder. Guess who it was?  Brother Andy and Tarea.

Then I zoomed outside and ups him then he offered me a ride. The motor bike was as fast as a skimming rock. ” I am off cuzzies” I said to my brothers.I started the motor bike. I counted down 3 2 1 kick it then it started. The exhaust went !Brumm brumm brumm!I said to my brothers “this motor bike is sick.” I went around the house and off on to the road.

When I was on road I thought I heard a vehicle. It sounded like a helicopter. so chopped down and turned around.!brumm brumm brumm chik chik! Then I went home.

I handed it over. I walked back inside with a big smile. Shortly after that he was leaving. But we had a ice cream before he left. Then we had a delicious as breakfast.

Then for the rest of the day we relaxed. I will remember the day riding a little motor bike. That day made my day. It was

awesome,amazing,exciting,wonderful, and I was thankful.
